We must make sure that when people go online, they feel safe from hackers. While this is very difficult, we can make viral software to better protect the computer, but we cannot make the internet a hacker free environment. As we are going to receive more annual tax dollars, we will raise the budget for military spending, which will allow the militia to keep America safe.
